As the organization is in its beginning stages with incorporation complete but non-profit status is not yet established, we will begin membership as a way of funding programs and events. Annual Members who join now will be members until June 31, 2007. Benefits will be added as the organization grows.
Membership benefits: Discounts on workshops, discounts on WNYBAC publications, discounts from partner organizations, Invitations to member only events. Borrowing privileges from WNYBAC library, a special printed broadside from Paradise Press & Satisfaction in the knowledge that you have helped cultivate the Book Arts in Western NY. Basic Annual Membership: $40 Student Annual Membership: $25 Corporate Membership: $100 Corporate sponsorship acknowledged on website and print materials. Basic Membership for 3 individuals associated with corporation. Founding Member: $500 Lifetime members will receive a copy of the regular edition of the WNYBAC-1 portfolio & membership benefits for the life of the organization. In the coming months, The Western New York Book Arts Collaborative will be sponsoring a variety of projects. Our 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit status is pending and until complete, we will be limited in our fundraising abilities however we will glady accept donations and move into the next phase of public awareness through community outreach and educational programing.
